Chlorella

Japanese Cracked Cell

Chlorella makes many of the same claims as spirulina, for it is a high protein (58%) food with all B-vitamins, C, E, and important trace minerals. The problem lies in its tough cell wall that must be shattered in order for our digestive enzymes to gain access to its nutritional bounty. Shattering can be done several ways in the manufacturing laboratory. Our chlorella has been physically milled to break down the cell walls without the use of solvents or enzymes.
